The Bike Shop  is initiating training and wellness rides to encourage year-round health.   The rides will serve as an opportunity to gather riders of all abilities together in a common place with a common theme, to increase their riding skills, or start a riding program.

BEGINNER RIDES

Training rides will start March 15th.

Thereafter, rides will be on Monday and Wednesday evenings. 

Time:  6-7PM

Meeting Place:  Sam's Club parking lot

Average Speed of Riders:  12-15 mph

Moto:  No one gets left behind 

Route:  We will post a map of our route 1 week prior to the ride.
